This year’s conference begins with the chemistry of water steam cycle. Other lectures are dealing with heavy metal analysis, the water treatment with membrane methods, the carbon dioxide removal from flue gases as well as the recovery of process water from cooling water blowdowns. Furthermore the effects of tramp uranium on alpha emitters in nuclear power plants, the corrosion product management in secondary cycle of a nuclear power plant an the removal from radionuclides by ion exchange resins are presented.
