2.  Registration

Please use a separate form for each participant. If several persons want to register, please copy the form. After receipt of your registration we will send you a confirmation and the invoice.

3.  Registration Fee

The fee amounts to

€ 400,-	for both days
€ 300,-	for chairmen/speakers for both days
€ 250,-	for participation on October 09, 2008
€ 200,-	for particitation on October 10, 2008
free	for students and retired persons

 

The registration fee includes the conference proceedings (booklet with the abstracts of the papers, CD with the papers of the seminar), refreshments and luncheons during the seminar as well as the evening reception on October 9, 2008.

Please transfer the amount after receipt of the invoice by September 29, 2008.

Cash payments at the conference are also welcome; those participants, whose remittance would be too late, are kindly requested to use this mode of payment.

If the registration is withdrawn before September 29, 2008, we will raise an administration fee of € 25,-. If registration is cancelled afterwards, the fee for one-day participation will be charged. In this case the proceedings will be mailed after the seminar.  

4.  Conference Proceedings

The proceedings will be handed out at registration.
