Terms of Reference

• to deal with European aspects of operation and maintenance of power plants (organisation and management)
• to evaluate and assess generation technologies
• to provide technical expertise as input to the policy making and strategic work of EURELECTRIC
• to exchange experience in particular improvement of power generation and failure analysis
• to initiate and co-ordinate joint European research and development projects
• to prepare European VGB guidelines
• to organise the representation of European power plant operators in European standardization committees of CEN
