Simultaneous translation

The Congress programme sessions will be simultaneously interpreted into French, English and German. Headsets for the simultaneous interpretation can be hired from the VGB conference office. The headsets must be returned after every session. Out of consideration for other attendants, you are kindly requested to switch off any mobile telephones during the sessions.

Publication of the Speaker Sessions

The Plenary and Technical Sessions held during the Congress Programme will be published in a conference transcript and on CD-ROM. These can be obtained from the conference office.

Mail, messages for conference attendants

Letters, telegrams, messages, faxes, etc. for conference attendants will be displayed on the notice board in the conference office and can be collected from there. We appreciate your understanding that attendants cannot be called out of the lecture rooms, for example to take a telephone call.

Conference papers

A conference programme including a list of attendants will be handed to all conference attendants together with the conference transcript.
