Registration

Please send the registration form until 3rd February 2012 (deadline for list of participants). The invoice will be mailed to you. No special confirmation will be issued. The participation ticket will be handed over in the conference office. Later registration, also in the conference office, is possible. However, these participants will not appear in the list of participants.

Non-German participants with residence in the EU have to indicate their value added tax identification number.

Students are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a valid students' card.
The conference office cannot accept credit cards or foreign currency.

The attendance fees include the conference programme with abstracts, list of participants, CD-ROM and lunches as well as the participation in the get-together and the evening event. The service rate will be shown in the invoice with VAT.

After the conference, the CD can be ordered at € 70 for VGB members and € 140 for non-members but plus postage and VAT, with the publisher

On cancellation, the following fees are charged:

Up to 14 days prior to the conference	10%
14 day sprior to the conference	25%
on non-attendance or cancellation on the day of conference	100%

Only written cancellation is accepted.

On Wednesday, 29th February 2012, all participants are invited to join an evening event in the Oldtimer Fabric Classic. Start: 19.00 h, Oldtimer Fabrik, Lessingstraße 5, 89231 Neu-Ulm, www.oldtimerfabrik-classic.de 18.30 h a bus-shuttle starts at Maritim Hotel.
