REGISTRATION

Please make your registration with the registration form only. (Download registration form)

Registration Fee: 400 Euros (lunches, one visit, proceedings)

On cancellation, the following fees are charged:

Up to 14 days prior to the conference 10 %,
within 14 days prior to the conference 25 %,
on non-attendance or cancellation on the day of conference 100 % of the attendance fees.

Only written cancellation is accepted.

POSTERS

A Poster Exhibition will take place simultaneously with the Workshop conference. It remains possible to propose your contributions until the end of February 2006.
A short paper should illustrate the poster. It will be published in the Proceedings.

AUTHORS

Authors will be individually informed by the Programme Committee on the details concerning their papers. The papers must be received by the 24th of February 2006.

COMMERCIAL BOOTHS

A technical exhibition will take place simultaneously with the Workshop conference. Coffee-breaks will be held in the exhibition area. Some exhibition spaces are still available and registrations are accepted until the end of February 2006.

VISITS

Visits will be organised on Friday afternoon. Buses will transport participants from the Messe Essen, Congress Center to the corresponding sites.
After the visit, they will take the participants directly to the Airport (and/or back to the hotel).
