VGB Conference "Chemistry in Power Plants 2006" with technical exhibition

The plenary lectures are dealing with 50 years radio-chemical performances, on-line analysis of raw lignite, advanced analysis of imported coals and other fuels as well as the chemistry of water steam cycle of combined cycle power plants. Furthermore new biocide methods for cooling water, the influence of secondary fuels on FGD and health aspects of ash originated from co-combustion of secondary fuels will be discussed. The chemistry of nuclear power plants and the flue gas cleaning of conventional power plants will be treated in two parallel sections.

The Conference will be accompanied by a technical exhibition.
