Registration

Participants are requested to register before March 1, 2011 (deadline for list of participants). We will confirm the registration by sending the invoice. You will receive your ticket at the conference office. Participation is also being possible upon late registration, however, the participants name cannot be entered into the list of participants. Tickets can also be bought at the conference office.

The attendence fee ist free aof VAT. 

Students are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a valid student's card.

Non-German participants with residence in the EU have to indicate their value added tax identification number!

It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and the participation in the evening events.

The following fees will be charged for cancellation of the registration:

up to 14 days prior the conference	10 %
within 14 days prior the conference	25 %
non attendance or cancellation on the day of the conference	100 %

Only written cancellations will be accepted.

 

Get-Together

On Tuesday, 29 March 2011 starting 18:30 all participants are invited to a Get-Together in the exhibition area.

 

Eevening Event

On Wednesday, 30 March 2011 all registered participants are invited to join an evening event in the "Gartenhalle" that is located next to the "Stadthalle". Start is at 19:00.
