Discussion of overall topics of nuclear fuel suppy and disposal.
Reporting of political subjects concerning the disposal of fuel to the Steering Committee "Nuclear Power".
Annotation and monitoring of activities of the Federal Government, e. g. the "National Waste Management Plan" of the Federal Environmental Ministry, or amendments of laws and regulations.
Monitoring of current projects regarding fuel disposal, e. g. intermediate site storages for spent fuel or final repositories.
Co-ordination of the transport of spent fuel.
Representation in external committees, as in the panel of the Reactor Safety Commission "Supply and Disposal" or the advisory board of the European Supply Agency.
