Table reservations for the Gala Evening are possible.
There is no assigned seating plan. The conference office
will accept reservation requests at the following times:

Wednesday, 28th September 2005, 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Thursday, 29th September 2005, 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon

To ensure smooth organisation and to avoid double reservations, an entrance ticket must be presented
for every reservation so that the table number can be noted. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

Side Programme

Each side programme trip will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.

Technical Exhibition

During the Congress there will be an opportunity to visit the accompanying exhibition, which is taking place in parallel with the Congress near the lecture rooms. The exhibition will be open on Wednesday, 28th September, 2005 at 16.00 h wit a Get-Together in the National-Museum.

Simultaneous Translation

The Congress programme sessions will be simultaneously interpreted into German, English and Polish. Headsets for the simultaneous interpretation can be hired from the VGB conference office. The headsets must be returned after every session. Out of consideration for other attendants, you are kindly requested to switch off any mobile telephones during the sessions.

Publication of Congress Proceedings

The speaker sessions held during the Congress Programme will be published in a conference transcript and on CD-ROM. These can be obtained from the conference office.

Mail and Messages for Participants

Letters, telegrams, messages, faxes, etc. for conference attendants will be displayed on the notice board in the conference office and can be ollected from there. We appreciate your understanding that attendants cannot be called out of the lecture hall, for example to take a telephone call.

Conference papers

A conference programme including a directory of attendants will be handed to all conference attendants together with the conference transcript.

Business Lunch
