Registration

Participants are requested to register before 30 March 2007 (deadline for list of participants). We will confirm the registration by sending the invoice. You will receive your ticket at the conference office. Participation is also being possible upon late registration, however, the participants name cannot be entered into the list of participants. Tickets can also be bought at the conference office.

The attendance fees are free of VAT.

It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and the participation in the evening event on Wednesday, 25 April 2007.

The following fees will be charged for cancellation of the registration:

Up to 14 days prior the conference 10 %

Within 14 days prior the conference 25 %

Non attendance or cancellation on the day of the conference 100 %

Only written cancellations are accepted.

 

Evening Event

On Wednesday 25 April 2007 all registered participants are invited to join a short sight-seeing tour by bus followed by an evening event with "hanseatic" dinner at the "Gröninger Braukeller". The busses will start at 18.30 h in front of the Congress Center. Please take your conference badge with you !

Thursday, 26 April 2007: Opportunity to take part in a guided tour through the ship “Cap San Diego“ (Duration approx. 2 hours). 16.00 h Bus transfer starting in front of the Congress Center. The bus will take you back to the Congress Center and to the Main Station.
