Gala Evening 

Table reservations for the Gala Evening.
The conference office will accept reservation requests at the following times:

Wednesday          September 19, 2007         11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.
Thursday              September 20, 2007         10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon

To ensure smooth organisation and to avoid double reservations, an entrance ticket must be presented for every reservation so that the table number can be noted.

Side Programme and Technical Visits

Registrations for the side programme and the technical visits must be made on the enclosed form   ( see download ).
All visits will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.

Technical Exhibition

The exhibition can be visited during the congress. It takes place in parallel with the Congress near to the lecture rooms. The exhibition will be open on Wedensday, September 19, 2007 at 12.00 noon in Salzburg Congress.

Simultaneous translation 

The Congress sessions will be simultaneously translated into German and English. Headsets for the simultaneous translation can be hired from the VGB Conference Office. The headsets must be returned after every session. You are kindly requested to switch off any mobile telephones during the sessions.

Publication of the Speaker Sessions

The Plenary and Technical Sessions held during the Congress Programme will be published in a conference transcript and on CD-ROM. These can be obtained from the conference office.

Mail, messages for conference attendants

Letters, telegrams, messages, faxes, etc. for conference attendants will be displayed on the notice board in the conference office and can be collected from there. We appreciate your understanding that attendants cannot be called out of the lecture rooms, for example to take a telephone call.

Conference papers 

A conference programme including a list of attendants will be handed to all conference attendants together with the conference transcript..

Business Lunch

On Thursday, September 20, 2007, 12.00 noon, the business lunch will take place in the SALZBURG CONGRESS, Auerspergstraße, 5020 Salzburg, AUSTRIA.
