Gala Evening

Table reservations for the Gala Evening

There is no assigned seating plan. The conference office will accept reservation requests at the following times:

Wednesday, 28th September 2005, 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Thursday, 29th September 2005, 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon

To ensure smooth organisation and to avoid double reservations, an entrance ticket must be presented for every reservation so that the table number can be noted. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

 

Registration for the side programme and the technical visits must be made on the enclosed form. Each side programme trip will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.

 

Attendance fee

The attendance fees for the VGB Congress amount to:

VGB members	€     780,00
non-members	€  1.150,00
pensioners, university stuff and official representatives	€     300,00

There will be no attendance fee charged for the companion of a congress attendant, however you are requested to register the name of your companion so that a card can be issued. Students receive a free pass to the lecture programme upon presentation of their student identity card.

For the opening ceremony and the plenary lectures on Wednesday, 28th September 2005 and Thursday, 29th September 2005
incl. lunch tickets can be obtained at the following prices

VGB members	€  610,00
non-members	€ 950,00
pensioners, university stuff and official representatives	€ 200,00

 

For the section sessions on Thursday, 29th September 2005 afternoon and Friday, 30th September 2005, morning
tickets may be obtained at the following prices

VGB members	€ 500,00
non-members	€ 830,00
pensioners, university stuff and official representatives	€ 170,00

Tickets for the section sessions are issued only from Thursday, 29th September 2005, starting 1.00 p.m. at the conference office. Registration may be made in advance.

Payment

You will receive an invoice with your attendance ticket. Attendance fees are exempt from value added tax.

For cancellations before the congress commences the following administration fees will be charged:
(Cancellation must be made in writing – and the attendance ticket returned)

a) Cancellation up to 16th September 2005 10% of the attendance fee
b) Cancellation after 16th September 2005 25% of the attendance fee
c) Cancellation or deregistration after the start of the Congress 28th September 2005 full attendance fee
