Registration

Please send the registration form (see download) until 25^th September 2006 (deadline for list of participants). The invoice will be mailed to you. No special confirmation will be issued. The participation ticket will be handed over in the conference office. Later registration, also in the conference office, is possible. However, these participants will not appear in the list of participants.

Fees/Notice

The convention fees are free of VAT.

Students are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a valid students’ card.

The conference office cannot accept credit cards or foreign currency.

The attendance fees include the conference programme with abstracts, list of participants, proceedings incl. CD and lunch at Mercure Parkhotel.

After the conference, the conference proceedings incl. CD can be ordered at €70 for VGB members and € 140 for non-members but plus postage and VAT, with the publisher

Cancellation

On cancellation, the following fees are charged:
Up to 14 days prior to the conference 10 %,
within 14 days prior to the conference 25 %,
on non-attendance or cancellation on the day of conference 100 % attendance fees.
Only written cancellation is accepted.
