Gala Evening

Table reservations for the Gala Evening.
The conference office will accept reservation requests at the following times:

Wednesday, September 19, 2007 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.
Thursday, September 20, 2007 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon

To ensure smooth organisation and to avoid double reservations, an entrance ticket must be presented for every reservation so that the table number can be noted.
Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

Side Programme and Technical Visits

Registrations for the side programme and the technical visits must be made on the enclosed form ( see download ).
All visits will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.

Attendance fees

The attendance fees for the VGB Congress “POWER PLANTS 2007“ amount to:

EURO     900.00   for VGB members
EURO 1 300.00   for non-members
EURO     350.00   for pensioners, academic staff and public officials

There will be no attendance fee charged for the partner/spouse of a congress attendant, however, you are requested to register the name of your partner/spouse so that a name-plate can be issued. Students receive a free ticket for the plenary and technical speaker sessions upon presentation of their student identity card.

For the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday September 19, 2007 and speaker sessions on Thursday, September 20, 2007 incl. Business Lunch tickets can be purchased at the following prices:

EURO     700.00   for VGB members
EURO 1 050.00   for non-members
EURO     220.00   for pensioners, academic staff and public officials

For the plenary and technical sessions (sections A and B) on Thursday, September 20, 2007 afternoon and Friday, September 21, 2007 morning tickets may be purchased at the following prices:

EURO    550.00   for VGB members
EURO    900.00   for non-members
EURO    190.00   for pensioners, academic staff and public officials

Tickets for the plenary and technical sessions are issued only from Thursday, September 20, 2007, starting 01.00 p.m. by the conference office. Registration may be made in advance.

Payment

You will receive an invoice with your attendance ticket.

Change of plans/Cancellation

For cancellations before the start of the congress the following fees will be due:
(Cancellation must be made in writing – and the attendance ticket returned)

a) Cancellation until September 7, 2007 10 % of the attendance fee
b) Cancellation after September 7, 2007 25 % of the attendance fee
c) Cancellation or deregistration after the start of the Congress September 19, 2007 full attendance fee
d) No refund of tickets for the Gala Evening after September 7, 2007
