Refurbishment Options in Central and Eastern Europe Countries

In conjunction with Project 204, the European Commission, General Directorate Energy and Transport (TREN,) approved funds for a study of environment protection related refurbishment possibilities in power plants of central and eastern Europe.

A main feature of the two projects is a seminar to discuss the results that is to take place in Kattowitz/Poland.

The study is being elaborated jointly with VGB and the Centre for Solid Fuels Technology and Application, Ptolemais/Greece, Prof. Emmanuel Kakaras.
