German and English. Simultaneous translation provided.

Registration

Participants are requested to register before April 25, 2008 (deadline for list of participants). The invoice will be sent out by mail, there will be no separate confirmation. You will receive your ticket at the conference office before the conference begins. Later registration is also possible, also at the conference office, the participant’s name cannot then be entered onto the list however.

A limited number of free tickets are available for students, which may be requested upon presentation of a valid student ID (photo-copy).

Attendance

VGB members	€ 500.00
Non-members	€ 650.00
University, public authorities, pensioners	€ 100.00

The attendance fees are VAT free.

It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and participation in the evening event on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.

The following processing fees will be charged for cancellation of the registration:

up until 14 days before the conference begins	10 %
within the 14 days before the conference begins	25 %
non-attendance or cancellation on the day of the conference	100 %

Only written cancellations are accepted.

The VGB conference office will be located at Deutsches Haus on the first floor.
