Participation in all conference events including catering, social programme and conference documents is free of charge.
Die Anmeldung erfolgt über das offizielle Anmeldeformular der Einladung (siehe Download rechts - bitte Kopie des gültigen Studentenausweises beilegen).
Participants are requested to register by the official registration form (please send a copy of your valid students’ card with your registration).
Fahrtkostenerstattung / Refund of travel expenses:
Der VGB erstattet Fahrtkosten (Fahrkarte oder 0,20 EUR pro Kilometer vom Studienort zum Tagungsort und zurück) bis zu einem Höchstbetrag von 200,– EUR (Nachweis durch Einreichen einer Kopie der Fahrkarte oder Angabe der gefahrenen Kilometer).
VGB refunds travel expenses (railway-ticket or 0,20 EUR /km from university to conference and back) up to 200,– EUR (verification by copy of the ticket respectively by indicating kilometres).
Übernachtungskostenerstattung / Refund of accomodation costs:
Der VGB erstattet Hotelübernachtungskosten bis zu einem Höchstbetrag von 100,– EUR (2 Übernachtungen je 50,– EUR) oder eine Pauschale von 20,– EUR pro Übernachtung.
VGB refunds hotel accomodation up to 100,– EUR (2 overnight stays per 50,– EUR ) respectively flat charge of 20,– EUR /overnight stay.
