The present guideline shall create unambiguous stipulations between customer and supplier regarding the scope of supplies and services and the subsequent contract implementation thus enabling a more efficient ordering and order processing. Its application in full in extracts shall be agreed between customer and supplier; it is not compulsory. If there are in case of the forwarding of subcontracts from the supplier to subcontractors any disagreements on part of the subcontractor, the customer must be contacted in order to find
a solution.

The technical part of the present guideline is a collection of experiences and recommendations which were sampled according to the best of knowledge. It aims to be a summary of findings of this subject field facilitating work for the user. Any liability, even for the substantive correctness of the representation, shall be excluded. Any patented laws and other industrial property rights shall be clarified by the user having sole responsibility.
