The Conference Steam Generators, Industrial and Cogeneration Plants, CHP 2018 will focus on storage technologies, flexibility, conservation and the ‘future of power plants in 2025’ in order to match current and future requirements of energy policy. Current operating experiences with new technologies and practical applications will be discussed at this conference.
Parallel to the conference, the workshop CHP 2018 will take place in Section B on 22 March. The extension of decentralised generation and highly-fluctuating supply of renewable energy will be an important challenge for future energy generation. Engines are able to operate high load change gradients, at short start-up time and only little technical effort to maintain temperature. These features make combustion engines increasingly important for electricity and heat generation.
The essential value of this conference is the determination of the state of the art. Take advantage of this VGB event as platform for networking and the exchange of experiences with professionals to manage the upcoming challenges. Find out about new technologies for the future!
