The list New Power Plants comprises power plants in planning and under construction in Europe. Energy sources like gas, hard coal, lignite, wind, water, waste etc. are considered. Based on the list, the planned total output (MW) and the portions of the sources of energy (MW) can be determined. This list is controlled by VGB PowerTech and fed by public announcements of power plant plannings.
