Conference language

The conference language is German and English. The lectures will be simultaneously interpreted. Simultaneous interpreting headsets can be loaned from the VGB conference office. The simultaneous interpreting headset is to be returend after each conference day at the VGB conference office.

 

Registration

Participants are requested to register before April 11, 2012 (deadline for nomination in list of participants). Later registration is also possible, also at the conference office, the participant’s name cannot then be entered onto the list however. The invoice will be sent out by mail. You will receive the conference documents at the conference office before the conference begins. A limited number of free tickets are available for students, which may be requested upon presentation of a valid student ID (photo-copy).

Attendance

VGB members € 600.00
Non-members € 750.00
University, public authorities, pensioners  € 200.00


The attendance fees are VAT free.

It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, lectures, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and participation in the evening event on Tuesday, May 15, 2012.

In order to ensure correct financial accounting, a Value Addes Tax ID Number must be provided by participants / members of companies which have their registered office outside of the European Union.
Unfortunately, the registration cannot be carried out without the provision of this number.

The following processing fees will be charged for cancellation of the registration:

up until 14 days before the conference begins   10 %
within the 14 days before the conference begins   25 %
non-attendance or cancellation on the day of the conference   100 %


Only written cancellations are accepted.

The VGB conference office will be located in the Foyer.
