VGB KELI Conference Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Information Technology with technical exhibition

The changeover to competition in Europe`s power generation also has influenced the sectors of electrical engineering, instrumentation and control, and information technology during the last years. Many things were questioned, new solutions created. The current situation within the VGB member companies again challanges its business activities to the full extent to ensure a long-term safe, environmentally compatible, as well as reasonably priced power generation – operation, maintenance, retrofit, and new investments.

Based on the established VGB event concept new paths will be followed with the conference “KELI”. The technical lectures are devised by a steering committee. The lectures of the operators will be complemented with selective presentations of the suppliers for which separate time frames were provided. Thereby the manufacturers and the visitors additional to the visit of the technical exhibition have the opportunity to exchange information and talk together in an atmosphere similar to a trade fair. Presentations and discussions will also cover the sector education and the motivation of students for power engineering.
