Energy Monitoring 2018: Public consultation launched
In accordance with the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) and the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB), the Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) and the Bundeskartellamt (BKartA) have the joint task of carrying out monitoring in the electricity and gas sectors. A joint data collection will also be carried out this year for the years 2017/2018.

The Bundesnetzagentur and the Bundeskartellamt have now launched a public consultation on the planned questionnaires. The deadline for comments is 8 February 2018.
