This year the 19th workshop of VGB PowerTech takes place and offers a platform for networking and exchange of experience of experts.
The workshop covers a wide range of flue gas cleaning activities, especially with a view to the activities for meeting the emission limits, which are defined in the BREF-LCP process and have to be met as of August this year. However, as legislation continues, we start with a lecture on the legislative projects in the EU followed by process optimization and cost reduction possibilities.
New university research results about particles analysis and modeling of spray nozzles will be presented.
Other aspects of the workshop are co-removal of NOx and SOx, flue gas condensation and CO2 capture. At the end legal evaluation of a contractual arrangement will be discussed.
