Conference Language

The conference language is German and English. The lectures will be simultaneously interpreted. Simultaneous interpreting headsets can be loaned from the VGB conference office. The simultaneous interpreting headset is to be returned after each conference day at the VGB conference office.

Registration

Participants are requested to register before 10 May 2017 on the enclosed application form or online – deadline for nomination in list of participants. Later registration is also possible, also at the conference office, the participant’s name cannot then be entered onto the list however. The invoice will be sent out by mail. You will receive the conference documents at the conference office before the conference begins. A limited number of free tickets are available for students, which may be requested upon presentation of a valid student ID (photo-copy).

Attendance

VGB-Members: € 750.00
Non-Member: € 1,050.00
University, public authorities, pensioners: € 300.00.

The attendance fees are VAT free.

It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, lectures, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and participation in the evening event on Wednesday 7 June 2017.

In order to ensure correct financial accounting, a Value Added Tax ID Number must be provided by participants/members of companies which have their registered office outside of the European Union.

Conference Documents / Publications

A conference programme, including a list of participants, will be handed out to the conference participants. The lectures will be available for download on 12 June 2017 on the VGB website. The information will be printed in the conference programme.
