Generator Damages

Generator damages, which occured in the last years made it necessary to compile the corresponding information at the VGB secretariat.

The Working Panel “Electrical Equipment” established the Project Group “Generators”, which developed the structure of a data base to collect and evaluate generator damages. At present more than 400 damages have been listed.

The data base is available for all ordinary members, who are participating in the exchange of experience. The members are invited to feed in damage events and to benefit from the exchange of experience.
