Registration

Participants are requested to register before April 15, 2011 (deadline for nomination in list of participants). Later registration is also possible - also at the conference office - the participants name cannot then be entered onto the list however.
The invoice will be sent out by mail. You will receive your conference documents at the conference office before the conference begins. A limited number of free tickets are available for students, which may be requested upon presentation of a valid student ID (photo-copy).

Attendance

The attendance fees are VAT free.
Non-German participants with residence in the EU have to indicate their value added tax identification number.
It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and participation in the evening event on Wednesday, May 11, 2011.

The following processing fees will be charged for cancellation of the registration:

Only written cancellations are accepted.
