Practical Information

Registration

Participants are requested to register online or using the enclosed form by 25 April 2016 (deadline for list of participants). Online registration for day tickets is not possible. We will confirm the registration by sending the invoice. You will receive your ticket at the conference office. Participation is also possible upon late registration, however, the participants name cannot be entered into the list of participants. Tickets can also be bought at the conference office.

Get Together

On Tuesday, 10 May 2016 at 19:00 all participants and exhibitors are invited to a get together in the exhibition. Catering will be arranged.

Evening Event

On Wednesday, 11 May 2016, all registered participants are invited to the “Schokoladenmuseum”. The number of participants is limited. Approx. 5 min. walking from Maritim Hotel or by “Bimmelbahn” with short city tour (Departure 19:00 at the bank of River Rhine in front of the Maritim Hotel)

Technical Visit

On Tuesday, 10 May 2016, RheinEnergie AG offers to visit the District-Heat-Tunnel under the River Rhine between Cologne City and Cologne-Deutz. If you are interested please note it via your registration form.
Sturdy shoes are unconditionally requested!

The convention fees are free of VAT.

The conference office cannot accept credit cards or foreign currency.

The attendance fees include the conference program and participation list, the conference documents, catering and the participation in the evening events on Tuesday, 10 May and Wednesday, 11 May 2016. The day tickets include one conference day each with one evening event.
