VGB Workshop "Materials and Quality Assurance"
The VGB TC Materials and Quality Assurance is arranging an international workshop in Essen on June 19, 2013 related to materials for coal-fired power plants including the development of ultra-supercritical power plants.
The workshop will focus on
- Operating Experience including Quality Issues in Construction Projects
- Qualification of Nickel Base Materials for Components of 700 °C Technology
- Development of New Material for Power Plants
The workshop will include introductory presentations by invited speakers followed by discussion sessions.

Registration
Participants are requested to fill in the application form. The registration is binding. Participation is limited to 50 persons. The places will award after entrance of the registration.
The Workshop can only take place if a minimum of 20 persons registered until May 13, 2013 at the latest.
We will confirm the registration by mailing the invoice. You will receive your ticket at the workshop office. Please mention the invoice address!

Attendance
Attendance fees € 350,-
It is not possible to accept credit cards or currency at the workshop office.
The attendance fee includes the workshop programme, the participation list, coffee and beverages, lunch buffet.
Cancellation
The following fees will be charged for the cancellation of the registration:
up to 28 days prior to the workshop | 10 % |
within 14 days prior to the workshop | 25 % |
from May 18 non attendance or cancellation of the workshop | 100 % |
