With the implementation of the Coal Electric Power Generation termination Act (KVBG), a larger number of pressure systems in the affected power plant blocks will be taken out of operation. It can happen that shortly before decommissioning there are still due dates for carrying out tests on pressure systems and their system parts according to BetrSichV.
This position paper describes technically and economically appropriate procedures for handling tests and their due dates for coal-fired power plants shortly before final decommissioning, as well as the associated administrative processing of the decommissioning in the sense of the BetrSichV for inspection and monitoring plants required by ZÜS.
