INFORMATION REGARDINGCOMMERCIAL BOOTH

The price for one commercial booth is EUR 1700.
This cost includes the commercial booth renting and the registration fees for one participant to the Workshop itself. The registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches, Congress Dinner, Proceedings and the visit of one Nuclear Power Plant.

If additional persons from your organisation will come to the commercial booth and intend to participate to the scientific sessions, please note that they will also have to complete an individual registration form and to pay the participant registration fee:
EUR 400
If additional persons from your Organisation will come to the commercial booth and DO NOT intend to participate to the scientific sessions, please note that they will also have to complete an individual registration form in order to prepare the badge for the Workshop. If these additional persons are interested to have their meals with the Participants, please note that they will have to pay the following additional costs:
EUR 70 for the lunches during the Workshop, and/or
EUR 45 for the Congress Dinner.
The booth area is equal to about 3x2m including booth renting (five walls), fascia board including lettering, one table, two chairs, electricity connection, lighting, basic cleaning
The installation of material will start the 14^th of March 2006 at 14:00 h.
