Registration

Participants are requested to register by April 8th 2008 (deadline for list of participants). We will confirm the registration by sending the invoice. You will receive your ticket at the conference office. Participation is also being possible upon late registration, however, the participants name cannot be entered into the list of participants.

The attendance fees are free of VAT.

Students are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a valid students´ card. Please send a copy of the students´ card with your registration.

It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.

The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, the conference proceedings and a CD-ROM, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch and the participation in the evening events on Tuesday, 6th May and Wednesday, 7th May 2008.

After the conference, the participants will automatically receive a CD-ROM with the lectures (long versions and presentations) by post.

Get-Together

On Tuesday, 6th May 2008, starting 19.00 h Siemens AG invites all participants and exhibitors to a get-together in the exhibition area.

Evening Event

On Wednesday, 7th May 2008, all registered participants are invited by the ABB AG to harbour tour and more on the paddle wheel steamer “MS Louisiana”.

Entrance starting 19.00 h - Departure: 20.00 h  bus shuttle to the harbour will start at 18.30 h at the CCH-Congress Center.

End of the harbour tour at 23.00 h up to 24.00 h busses will take you back to the CCH and the conference hotels.
