Deadlines
- As soon as possible. The number of packages is limited. The date of receipt is essential

Cancellations
- Up to 4 weeks prior to the conference 50 %
- 4 weeks prior to the conference, on non-attendance or cancellation on the day of conference 100 %
Only written cancellation is accepted.
