Registration
Participants are requested to register before May 11, 2007 (dead-line for list of participants).
The invoice will be sent out by mail, there will be no separate confirmation. You will receive your ticket at the conference office before the conference begins. Later registration is also possible, also at the conference office, the participant’s name cannot then be entered onto the list however.
A limited number of free tickets are available for students, which may be requested upon presentation of a valid student ID (photo-copy).

Attendance

The attendance fees are VAT-free.
It is not possible to accept credit cards or foreign currency at the conference office.
The attendance fees include the conference programme and participation list, the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, coffee breaks and beverages, lunch, participation in the technical visit on June 4, 2007 and participation in the evening event on Tuesday June 5, 2007.

The following processing fees will be charged for cancellation of the registration:

Technical visit on June 4, 2007, from 2 pm – 5 pm
The visit to the MTU Friedrichshafen is limited to max. 50 people. The places will be allocated in order of registration.
You will receive further information by e-mail after your successful registration.
