The conference will be held at the CCH-Congress Center Hamburg, Am Dammtor / Marseiller Straße, 20355 Hamburg (see road map).

Registration
Please send the enclosed registration form until october 2, 2012 (deadline for list of participants). The invoice will be sent to your company. No special confirmation will be issued. The participation ticket will be handed over at the conference office. A later registration is possible, also at the conference office. The convention fees are free of VAT.
Participants from companies with registered office abroad (within the EU) have to quote their tax ID number.

Students (no university members) are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a valid student’s card. Please send a copy of the card.
The conference office cannot accept credit cards or foreign currency.
The attendance fee includes the conference program with abstracts, the presentations, the list of participants and lunches as well as the participation in the evening event. The service rate will be shown on the invoice with VAT.
On cancellation, the following fees are charged:
| Up to 14 days prior to the conference | 10 % |
| within 14 days prior to the conference | 25 % |
| Non-attendance or cancellation: 5 days before the conference | 100 % |
attendance fees.
Only written cancellations are accepted.
Get-Together and Evening Event
On tuesday, 23rd october 2012 at 18:00 h swan analytical instruments invites all participants to a Get-Together in the exhibition area.
On wednesday, 24th october 2012 the evening event will take place at the “Nord Event Panoramadeck“ in the „Emporio Tower” kindly supported by BK Giulini Gmbh, BKG water solutions and Purolite (Deutschland) Gmbh.
