Reservation can be done online or via Facsimile. Using the online booking service you will automatically receive a booking confirmation. Using this master we will send you a list of available hotels. Please send your registration for the Welcome Evening (Mercedes-Benz-Arena, Business Lounge) using the enclosed form by September 2, 2008 .
Gala Evening
Please send your registration for the Gala Evening in the „Römerkastell“ up to
September 2, 2008.
Price for the Gala-Evening 95.00 Euro incl. 19 % VAT for one person.
Attention: The number of tickets for the Gala-Evening is limited to 650.
Table reservations for the Gala Evening
The conference office will accept reservation requests at the following times:

To ensure smooth organisation and to avoid double reservations, an entrance ticket must be presented for every reservation so that the table number can be noted.

All visits will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Attendance fees
The attendance fees for the VGB Congress “POWER PLANTS 2008“ amount to:

There will be no attendance fee charged for the partner/spouse of a congress attendant, however, you are requested to register the name of your partner/spouse so that a name-plate can be issued. Students receive a free ticket for the plenary and technical speaker sessions upon presentation of their student identity card.
For the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday September 17, 2008 and Pleanry Sessions on Thursday, September 18, 2008 incl. Business Lunch tickets can be purchased at the following prices:

Tickets for the Technical Sessions are issued only from Thursday, September 18, 2008, starting 01.00 p.m. by the conference office. Registration may be made in advance.
Payment
You will receive an invoice with your attendance ticket.
Change of plans/Cancellation
For cancellations before the start of the congress the following fees will be due:
