Gala Evening

Table reservations for the Gala Evening.
The conference office will accept reservation requests at the following times:

Wednesday, September 27, 2006 11:00 h to 14:00 h
Thursday, September 28, 2006 10:00 h to 12:00 h

To ensure a smooth organisation and to avoid double reservations, an entrance ticket must be presented for each reservation so that the table number can be noted.
Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

Side Programme and Technical Visits

Registration for the side programme and the technical visits must be made on the enclosed form. Each side programme trip will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.

Attendance fees

The attendance fees for the VGB Congress “KRAFTWERKE 2006“ amount to:

EURO 800.00 for members of VGB company members
EURO 1,200.00 for non-members
EURO 300.00 for pensioners, academic staff and public officials

There will be no attendance fee charged for the partner/spouse of a congress attendant, however, you are requested to register the name of your partner/spouse so that a name-plate can be issued. Students receive a free ticket for all speaker sessions upon presentation of their student identity card.

Tickets for the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Evening on September 27, 2006 and the Plenary Session including lunch on September 28, 2006.

EURO 620.00 for members of VGB member companies
EURO 970.00 for non-members
EURO 200.00 for pensioners, academic staff and public officials

For the Technical Sessions on Thursday , September 28, 2006 afternoon, and Friday, September 29, 2006 morning, tickets may be obtained at the following prices

EURO 500.00 for members of VGB member companies
EURO 830.00 for non-members
EURO 170.00 for pensioners, academic staff and public officials

Tickets for the Technical Sessions are issued only on Thursday, September 28, 2006 starting 13:00 h from the conference office. Registration may be made in advance.

Payment

You will receive an invoice with your attendance ticket.

Change of plans/ Cancellation

For cancellations before the sessions commence the following fee calculation will be made:
(Cancellation must be made in writing – and the attendance ticket returned)

a) Cancellation up to September 15, 2006 10% of the attendance fee
b) Cancellation after September 15, 2006 25% of the attendance fee
c) Cancellation or deregistration after the start of the Congress September 27, 2006 full attendance fee
d) No refund of tickets for the Gala Evening after September 15, 2006.
